My wife and I have known Julie Carnagey for years, so when we decided to explore a move from Seattle to Bend as 1st time homebuyers, we let her know. Julie immediately went to work in determining an extensive list of pros/cons, which included location, size, layout, schools, etc. She was seemingly ALWAYS available and routinely answered questions during the evening, weekends, and even while on vacation. Due to Julie’s non-pushy tenacity and white glove, educational approach, we went from being lukewarm regarding a move to ALL-IN.
